Corporate Governance Special Interest Group

The Corporate Governance SIG's objectives are to: encourage research and scholarship in the field of Corporate Governance, including its implications for management; to establish a network of researchers; and to enhance the teaching of Corporate Governance.

Members of the BAA can join the SIG for no extra charge.
