Annual Conference 2009 Social Events

Distinguished Academic Award Reception

Professor Jane Broadbent is the recipient of the 2008 Distinguished Academic Award.

The award will be presented at a reception scheduled for Tuesday 21 April at Discovery Point.

During the reception, delegates will have the opportunity to take a tour of Captain Scott’s famous polar exploration ship RRS Discovery.

Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will be at the Hilton Hotel at 1930. Prior to the dinner, there will be a drinks reception.
