AcSS Fellowship Nominations
BAFA is working closely with the Academy of Social Sciences (AcSS) and we support their Campaign for the Social Sciences. We are actively seeking more representation in the AcSS and encourage members to nominate colleagues whose work contributes widely to the social sciences as well as to the accounting discipline. The procedure for nomination can be found in the downloadable document 'BAFA AcSS Fellow - Guidelines 2015.pdf'. The nomination form can be downloaded from the link on your right (or below on mobile).
The deadline is December 4, but we request you submit your nominations as soon as possible.
Current Fellows of the (AcSS) from BAFA are Professor Jane Broadbent, Professor Andrew W Stark, Professor Rob Gray, and Emeritus Professor Richard M S Wilson.
BAFA currently has two awards: the Distinguished Academic Award (DAA) and the Life-time Achievement Award (LAA). The criteria for these awards and details of recipients can be found by following the links above.
